I REMEMBER

I REMEMBER is a project that started in August 2011 in Ibiza, Spain, where I was working as a photographer and videographer. I decided to film part of the island’s life in my personal experience. I wanted to tell a small story in the same way memories do when they come back in your head for a reason that you can’t explain.

I REMEMBER is in fact a slice of life, a short impression, a rough cut of things that happened.

And that stayed, somewhere, ready to come back to life.

I REMEMBER can be a relaxing walk on the beach, a simple coffee with a friend, the warm smile of the people you love. It can be the hot sun by the sea, or a cold rainy sunday at home, waiting for the soccer game to start. It can be a song. It can be a feeling. It can be happy, or sad.

It is a MOMENT that comes back and is never lost again.

California Dreaming

This is a time-lapse video I’ve been working on in the last days. It has been kinda intense: it’s made with 3000 photos, and I had three days for doing it all, from planning it, shooting, and then editing it. It is mostly shot in the beautiful Santa Barbara, where I live now. Here is the result. I hope you’ll like it!
